How to add a payment method?

This guide is to illustrate the process of adding a payment method to your AIQOO account. Just follow these steps:

Account settings > Billing overview > Payment methods > Add a payment method > Insert credit card details > Done! 💳

Step 1: Click on your avatar on the right side of your screen to open the account settings menu.

Step 2: Press “Billing Overview”.

Step 3: Go to “Payment Methods”.

Step 4: Click on the “Add a new payment” button.

Step 5: Insert your credit card details. A verification process will be performed by our payment service provider (Stripe) to confirm your payment method is valid.

💡 Pro Tip: You can create backup payment methods to ensure your balance always contains sufficient funds.
